The Valor Men's high school basketball team went to Alaska to compete in the Capital City Classic tournament in Juneau Alaska. The men's basketball team played three teams while in Alaska. The first team they played was Dimond.  Dimond is from Anchorage, Alaska. The next team the men's team played was team Juneau Douglas from Juneau, Alaska. The final team they played was Palmer from Palmer, Alaska. The team played their hardest and fought from the beginning to end never giving up. The team faced some of the toughest competition that Alaska has to offer. The team also got the opportunity on their day off to go to the Mendenhall glacier and waterfall.
